HIS’m married to Mark, my husband of over 25 years, who’s fun loving and always keeps me laughing and we have 4 wonderful and beautifully unique kids!
I look forward to date nights, coffee talks, exercising and being outside. More than anything, I value my relationships. I adore spending time with my family and friends. I love having deep conversations and connecting with people learning what makes them happy.
I read every day and I love researching and learning everything I can about health, nutrition and the human mind. You could actually say I’m obsessed with it. 
I’ve been interested in exercise and nutrition for as long as I can remember but it wasn’t until late 2001 that I began to really understand the power of Preventative Health.
At the time, I had psoriasis and regular migraines and our youngest daughter had bleeding eczema.
I was told (and believed) that these were things we were just going to have to deal with. So, we did what we could and often used Rxs to treat the symptoms.
That’s when I met Yvette. She suggested that I consider what may be causing these things and take a preventative approach instead of a treatment approach.
I decided we had nothing to lose so I took her advice and I am so glad I did!
Within the first month, my migraines stopped, my psoriasis improved and eventually went away and my daughter’s eczema completely cleared up in 3 weeks! Our whole family’s health improved!
That decision changed the whole trajectory of my life. It is now my life’s purpose to help people claim their health back.
I believe God created us to be healthy and that our bodies have a basic and inherent ability to be healed. We just need to align ourselves with HIS truth ✝ and give our bodies what they need to heal.
That’s where we come in. Yvette and I have both experienced our body’s healing power.
